Uploading and managing images
How images work in Artopia.
Each artwork in Artopia supports multiple images, useful for capturing different views such as the front, back and detail shots.

Uploading images
Images can be uploaded in two ways:
From device | Click to upload or drag and drop one or multiple files at once. |
From a URL | Paste a link to any image already online. Artopia will download and save the image to your Media library, so your record stays intact even if the original link expires or breaks. |
Once uploaded, images are stored in your Media library and linked to artworks. You can select and manage which images are attached to each artwork from the artwork record.
Primary image
The first image is marked as Primary and used as the artwork thumbnail across Artopia. You can change which image is set as Primary at any time.
Media library
All uploaded images are accessible from the Media library, where you can browse, search by title or filename, and see which artwork each file is linked to. Clicking a file shows its details including dimensions, file size, type, and upload date. You can also upload images in bulk directly from the Media library. Read more about the Media library
Downloading images
Images can be downloaded from the Media library at any time.
