Overview
Artopia is a subscription-based SaaS product. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we handle refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Free Plan
The Free plan has no associated charges. No refunds are applicable.
Paid Subscriptions (Pro & Business)
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged for the following period
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
Annual subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of purchase and have not used the service, you may request a full refund by contacting us at app@art-opia.com.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of:
Accidental duplicate charges
Technical issues that prevented access to the service for an extended period
How to Request a Refund
Email us at app@art-opia.com with your account email and a brief description of your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by Estonian law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
